Are these small metal snaps or do you use large plastic snaps?

Our snaps are are number 18, which is a comfortable size to grab onto. They are made of polyacetal resin which one might refer to as "plastic" as opposed to tetal. They are durable snaps and hold well. The snaps match the color of the fabric.

Order the split blanket in the pants size the child would wear. For adult sizes, measure the length of the inseam, measuring from the top of leg down to the bottom of a user's heel.

The weight varies for the reason that the fabric is obtained from different sources. However, the weight is minimum 200 weight which is average. Adult split blankets are available in 300 weight for exterior use in cold weather. Selection of colors are limited in 300 weight. Presently we have navy blue and dark gray.

Measure around the widest part of the thigh of the user and let us know the measurement. We will try to customize your blanket so that it fits properly.
